I have a copy of "The Ultimate Guide To Weight Training For Football". It is simply a must for every player at any level. As a recreational/aspiring football player who has spent an even longer amount of time as a weightlifter, "these types of books" seemed to come a dime a dozen. They were often repetative, generic, and uninspired. This book, however, offers the refreshing opposite. Innovative, thorough, thoughtful and highly informative are some of the ways to describe the book. Even an e-mail for questions. It is a book I wish I had much sooner. The book has helped me make the essential gains, while validating what I was doing right, and correcting what I was doing wrong. My game has clearly improved along with my confidence. I am much more motivated to hit the weights and the field. --Brandan D

With the help of your book, I went from a third string JV guard to a 1st string varsity full back. In terms of game speed and player strength, going from jv to varsity was a big jump, but it was one that was doable by using your book. It helped me focus on the most important body parts to make me stronger and faster.
